Linzie Joanne

Nothing gives me more joy (other than family time and maybe chocolate) than creating and sharing my art with the world. Art gives me calm and joy amongst the (beautiful) chaos of #mumlife.
I get inspiration from the world around me – these works are about paint, colour and the natural environment. I explore colour, form and texture to represent the beauty of nature in unique ways.
I studied at ANU School of Art and Slade School of Fine Art in London. I’ve exhibited my work in exhibitions all over Australia as well as London. I’ve been a finalist in the Blake Prize (twice!) and the Albany Art Prize. I received the Australian Council of Art Artstart grant and the CAPO London exhibition award.
